JB2819 - 28 AWG High-Flex Stranded Wire

The JB2819 provides exceptional 28 AWG high-flexibility performance with 19X40 stranded conductor construction designed for demanding applications requiring maximum bend radius capabilities. This wire features military designation B28-19 and utilizes nineteen ultra-fine strands to deliver superior flexibility while maintaining reliable electrical characteristics. Note that JB2819 is not covered by MIL-W-16878/1 specification. With .031"-.037" outside diameter, the JB2819 excels in applications such as robotic cables, flexible assemblies, and dynamic wiring systems where continuous movement and extreme flexing are required. The high strand count tinned copper construction provides excellent fatigue resistance and long service life in demanding mechanical environments. PVC insulation offers comprehensive protection against water, oil, acids, solvents, and fungus throughout the temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. This 600 volt rated wire serves specialized applications in automation, test equipment, and mobile systems where both electrical performance and mechanical endurance are critical. Available in standard 1000 FT and 5000 FT spool configurations for production and custom assembly requirements.
