JB3207 - 32 AWG Stranded Wire Flexibility

The JB3207 features 32 AWG stranded conductor (7X40 configuration) designed for applications requiring exceptional flexibility and durability in tight spaces. This MIL-W-16878/1 compliant wire (military designation B32-7-BAB) combines seven ultra-fine strands to deliver superior bend radius performance while maintaining excellent electrical properties. With .026"-.032" outside diameter, the JB3207 is ideal for dynamic applications such as robotic wiring, test probe assemblies, and flexible cable assemblies where repeated flexing is expected. The stranded tinned copper construction resists fatigue failure while providing reliable conductivity in temperatures from -55°C to 105°C.
