POLYALKENE-PVF insulated wire from Jaguar Industries provides superior high temperature dual wall insulated hook-up wires conforming to MIL-W-81044 specifications for demanding military and airframe applications. Our comprehensive line includes five specifications (MIL-W-81044/9, /10, /11, /12, and /13) offering low weight and exceptional resistance to chemicals, abrasion, and shrink back. These wires feature cross-linked polyalkene with a cross-linked polyvinyldene fluoride (PVF) jacket ranging from .002" to .006" wall thickness depending on specification. With temperature performance from -65°C to 150°C and 600 volts RMS rating, these wires serve as primary conductors for military applications and component conductors for MIL-C-27500 cables.
