About Shielded Cable MIL-C-27500, Type RC - QPL

Jaguar Industries' Shielded Cable conforming to MIL-C-27500, Type RC is a Qualified Products List (QPL) approved cable designed for the most demanding military and aerospace applications. Featuring PTFE insulated conductors meeting MIL-W-22759/11 specifications, these cables are color coded and expertly cabled for 2 or more conductors. The construction includes braiding with silver plated copper and a sintered polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) jacket overall. QPL identification is provided through manufacturer's marker tape or conductor print under the shield, ensuring full traceability and compliance. Manufactured with stranded silver-plated copper conductors and extruded PTFE primary insulation with taped PTFE jacket, these cables deliver exceptional performance from -55°C to 200°C with 600 VOLTS R.M.S. rating. Available in AWG sizes 26 through 12 with various strand configurations (19X38, 19X36, 19X34, 19X32, 19X30, 19X29, 19X27, 19X25) and conductor counts (1 to 4 conductors), each configuration includes precise nominal cable O.D. specifications. Standard white jacket with color-coded conductors (1-WHITE, 2-WHITE/BLUE, 3-WHITE/ORANGE, 4-WHITE/GREEN) ensures easy identification in complex wiring systems. Standard spool put-up of 1000 FT. Ideal for military aircraft, defense systems, aerospace applications, and other critical environments requiring QPL-approved cables with superior EMI/RFI shielding, signal integrity, and extreme temperature resistance. Custom coding and conductor counts available upon request.
