JB2407 - 24 AWG Stranded Wire for Power and Flexibility

The JB2407 combines reliable 24 AWG current carrying capacity with stranded conductor flexibility (7X32 configuration) for applications requiring both higher power handling and mechanical durability. This MIL-W-16878/1 compliant wire (military designation B24-7-BEB) utilizes seven fine strands to provide enhanced bend radius capabilities while maintaining excellent electrical characteristics for power applications. With .040"-.047" outside diameter, the JB2407 excels in power distribution systems, motor control circuits, and industrial equipment where both current capacity and flexibility are required. The stranded tinned copper construction provides good fatigue resistance and mechanical durability in dynamic applications while delivering reliable current carrying capacity. PVC insulation offers comprehensive protection against water, oil, acids, solvents, and fungus throughout the temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. This 600 volt rated wire serves applications in power supplies, control panels, and automation equipment where both electrical performance and mechanical flexibility are critical.
