The JB2607 provides reliable 26 AWG stranded conductor performance (7X34 configuration) engineered for applications requiring enhanced flexibility and durability in electronic assemblies. This MIL-W-16878/1 compliant wire (military designation B26-7-BDB) utilizes seven fine strands to deliver excellent bend radius capabilities while maintaining consistent electrical characteristics. With .035"-.041" outside diameter, the JB2607 is ideal for cable assemblies, interconnect harnesses, and electronic equipment where moderate flexibility and reliable performance are required. The stranded tinned copper construction provides good fatigue resistance and mechanical durability in dynamic applications. PVC insulation offers comprehensive protection against water, oil, acids, solvents, and fungus throughout the temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. This 600 volt rated wire serves applications in industrial controls, communications equipment, and test instruments where both MIL-spec compliance and mechanical flexibility are important.
