The JB2619 delivers superior 26 AWG high-flexibility performance with 19X38 stranded conductor construction designed for demanding applications requiring maximum bend radius capabilities and mechanical endurance. This MIL-W-16878/1 compliant wire (military designation B26-19-BDE) utilizes nineteen ultra-fine strands to provide exceptional flexibility while maintaining excellent electrical characteristics. With .035"-.041" outside diameter, the JB2619 excels in applications such as robotic assemblies, flexible interconnects, and dynamic wiring systems where continuous movement and extreme flexing are required. The high strand count tinned copper construction delivers outstanding fatigue resistance and long service life in demanding mechanical environments. PVC insulation provides comprehensive protection against water, oil, acids, solvents, and fungus throughout the temperature range of -55°C to 105°C.
